12:45 AM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Quadrise (QED.L) raised 400,000 pounds sterling in gross proceeds through a retail offer, which closed on Monday. The British energy group will issue 40,365,341 retail offer shares at 0.01 pound apiece, according to a same-day release. Quadrise noted that it collectively raised 1.6 million pounds through the retail offer and a previous share placing and subscription.
