02:54 AM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lindab Group (LIAB.ST) purchased Ireland-based Connaught Ventilation Supplies from Sandra Varley and Tomas Varley. The acquired company, along with its 5 staff, will be integrated into the Swedish ventilation company's Irish arm, according to a Tuesday release. The company added that the transaction, which will be funded by a credit facility, was completed after the transfer of Connaught Ventilation Supplies' ownership.
