03:10 AM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Celsius Resources (CLA.L) said Tuesday that George Bujtor stepped in as nonexecutive chair of its board, effective immediately. Peter Hume will step down as interim nonexecutive chair, but retain his board seat, the copper-gold focused miner noted.
