03:21 AM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alistithmar for Financial Securities and Brokerage said Alistithmar Areic Diversified REIT Fund's (SASE:4350) unit holders will receive a cash dividend of 0.38 Saudi riyal per unit for the second half of 2025. The dividend will be distributed to the real estate investment trust's unit holders within 15 working days from July 30, according to a Tuesday filing.
