03:24 AM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cancer immunotherapy-focused biopharmaceutical company Poolbeg Pharma (POLB.L) raised 3.5 million pounds sterling through a share placing. The company placed 58,333,328 new shares at an issue price of 0.06 pound apiece, according to a Tuesday filing. The shares are expected to be admitted to trading on London's AIM on July 21. Poolbeg Pharma expects to use the net proceeds to boost its position in ongoing partnering discussions and fund trials through to completion.
