03:48 AM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Victoria Plc (VCP.L) concluded the 34.4 million-euro sale and leaseback of its distribution center in Belgium to property management services company Avantage Property Holding. The British flooring products company expects the proceeds, along with the sale of two additional surplus properties, to fully finance the transfer of majority of the Balta rugs production to Turkey, according to a Tuesday filing. Victoria Plc anticipates finalizing the transfer in the third quarter of its fiscal 2027.
