04:38 AM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Catenai (CTAI.L) said Tuesday that it is in talks with Klarian for another extension to the repayment date deadline of its convertible loan note facility. The AIM-listed digital media and technology services company said there is no certainty that Klarian will fully repay the 699,160 pounds sterling due under the facility and related fees. Klarian previously agreed to extend the repayment deadline to July 1.
