04:49 AM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Celyad Oncology (CYAD.BR) expects to raise 500,000 euros through a private placement with existing shareholder Fortress Investment Group. The Belgian biotechnology company agreed to issue 2.5 million new ordinary shares at 0.20 euro apiece under a subscription deal, according to a Tuesday release. The placement is expected to close on Wednesday, taking the investment manager's interest in the company to 60.52%. Celyad will use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes, extending its cash runway from the third quarter of 2026 to mid-second quarter of 2027.
