05:11 AM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fintech and payment services company RC365 Holding (RCGH.L) said Tuesday that its unit RCPAY struck a cross-border and local payment services deal with Canadian peer PyWave Network Technology. Under the 24-month agreement, RCPAY will refer merchants to PyWave, which will handle their payment processing and payout requirements. The contract will be automatically extended for successive periods of 12 months unless terminated.
