The pilot is intended to simulate real-world digital euro transactions, including both online and offline use. The trial will allow the providers to deliver services outside their home countries. The participating nations include Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Slovenia, and Slovakia.
