07:18 AM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Infill Capital Partners said Tuesday it does not plan to proceed with making an offer for British hostel owner and operator Safestay (SSTY.L). Safestay said July 10 that it was in talks with the real estate investment firm covering a potential take-private proposal of 40.9 million pounds sterling.
