08:40 AM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish technology and industrial business group Indutrade (INDT.ST) agreed to acquire Danish technical trading company Dorte Egelund and Finnish cleanroom products company Albiox. The two targets, which have combined annual sales of 60 million kronor, will operate under Indutrade's life science business area. Indutrade expects to complete the acquisition in July.
