11:06 AM EDT, 07/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Atlas Elevators General Trading and Contracting Co. (SASE:9578) said Tuesday it concluded the sale of fractional shares resulting from its capital increase. The Saudi Arabia-listed elevator company sold 69 shares for 655.74 Saudi riyals, reflecting an average selling price of 9.52 riyals per share. The proceeds were distributed among eligible shareholders.
