Under the agreement, Cinda Biotech granted Spero the exclusive right to develop, research, produce and commercialize IBI355 on a global scale outside of Greater China; Cinda Biotech reserves the rights to the product in Greater China. SPERO plans to launch a Phase II clinical study of IBI355 for IgG4-RD patients in the second quarter of 2027; Cinda Biotech plans to launch a phase II clinical study of IBI355 treatment of SJD in China by early 2027.

Under the terms of the agreement, Cinda Biotech will receive a down payment and milestone payments related to development, registration and sales, totaling approximately US$1.1 billion. At the same time, Cinda Biotech will also receive a gradient sales share based on the product's net sales in the future.
