12:15 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DHH (DHH.MI) said Tuesday that the Court of Cagliari approved its acquisition of GO Internet's business-to-business subsidiary, including its stake in X-Stream. The transaction forms part of the Italian internet infrastructure company's planned purchase of Tessellis' (TSL.MI) Perimeter B.1 assets, which also include Tiscali Italia's stake in Aetherna. The total consideration is 4.2 million euros, payable at closing. The acquisition remains subject to customary conditions. The deadline to complete the transaction was extended to July 31 from July 15.
