02:42 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The UK Competition and Markets Authority approved US e-commerce group eBay's (EBA.F) proposed purchase of British clothing resale platform Depop, according to a Wednesday notice. As such, the regulator will not refer the deal for a phase 2 investigation. The competition watchdog launched its inquiry into the transaction in June.
