03:38 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ALT Resources (ALTR.L) said Wednesday it remains in talks with Tartana Minerals and its advisers over a proposed transaction after the latter received an unsolicited, nonbinding investment proposal from a third party. The mining investment company noted that there is no guarantee that the unsolicited proposal will lead to a binding deal or qualify as a superior proposal.
