04:30 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PSI Software (PSAN.F) will raise 29 million euros through a cash capital increase subscribed by Warburg Pincus' Zest BidCo, according to a Wednesday release. The German software developer will issue 644,444 new shares at 45 euros each to the bid company, which is behind the private equity group's voluntary tender offer for PSI. The subscription will take Warburg Pincus' stake in PSI to 83% from 82.3%. Meanwhile, PSI Software expects Warburg Pincus' voluntary tender offer for the company to be completed on Wednesday.
