04:57 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kropz (KRPZ.L) unit Kropz Elandsfontein secured a loan of 200 million rands from Ubunto-Botho Investments as slower mining rates raised the phosphate producer's working capital needs. The loan, which does not have a fixed term, will bear interest equal to the South African prime overdraft interest rate plus 6%, according to a Wednesday release. Kropz Elandsfontein wil use the loan to finance its cashflow and operational expenditure needs.
