05:21 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hanza (HANZA.ST) agreed to buy two manufacturing facilities in Finland, one in Estonia, and two in Poland, from Fortaco Finland for up to 200 million euros in cash. The facilities, specializing in heavy mechanics and complex assembly, will boost the Swedish contract manufacturer's annual revenue by 170 million euros, according to a Wednesday release. Upon closing of the combined asset and share acquisition, Fortaco will keep its vehicle cabin business, and Hanza will make an initial payment based on an enterprise value of 144 million euros. Additional earn-out payments are possible in two tranches for 2026 and 2027, subject to future revenue growth. Completion is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
