(Nasdaq: RUBI) (the “Company” or “Rubico”), a global provider of shipping transportation services specializing in the ownership of vessels, announced today that it has decided to divest its interest in its newbuilding megayacht currently under construction (the “Megayacht”) and to exit the megayacht sector.
