05:44 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Zenith Energy (ZENA.OL) plans to divest its solar development project portfolio in Piedmont, Italy, to an unnamed renewable energy operator for 12 million euros. The energy production and development company said Wednesday that the signed memorandum of understanding follows advanced discussions for the solar development project's disposal. The asset has an aggregate expected installed capacity of 50 megawatt-peak. If the sale pushes through, it would mark Zenith Energy's first monetization in its Italian solar portfolio.
