06:16 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission on Wednesday cleared real estate company Ten Brinke and investment company EGC Energie und Gebäudetechnik Control's formation of a new joint venture. The regulator said that the transaction, which involves German energy contracting, would not raise competition concerns due to the limited combined market positions of the companies after the deal.
