07:03 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- White Pearl Technology Group (WPTG-B.ST) completed the acquisition of Swedish IT consultancy company Icecon, according to a Wednesday release. The digital transformation services company paid an initial consideration of 2 million kronor, consisting of 1.2 million kronor in cash and the remainder through the issuance of new shares. The deal was originally signed in December 2025.
