10:50 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Konecranes (KCR.HE) secured two crane modernization projects in Brazil from local renewable energy and electricity transmission company Axia Energia. The contracts involve upgrading the electrical and mechanical systems of two overhead cranes and three gantry cranes at the Manso and Mascarenhas de Moraes hydroelectric power plants, the Finnish crane manufacturer said Wednesday. Work on the modernization projects is expected to complete by 2027-end.
