11:29 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Commercial Bank of Dubai (DFM:CBD) launched a mobile app, called UP by CBD, for bank account opening and finance management by micro and small businesses. Eligible entrepreneurs can receive a business credit card to help cover startup costs without a minimum balance requirement to allow businesses to manage cash flow, according to the Emirati lender's Wednesday release.
