12:09 PM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Lemonsoft (LEMON.HE) said Wednesday it agreed to sell its subsidiary Finvoicer Group to eCount Tilitoimistopalvelut, with closing expected in August. The Finnish software company added that Finvoicer's Billgo and Finvoicer Rahoitus will remain under its ownership.
