Regions Financial Corp. Announces 13% Increase in Common Stock Dividend and Declares Preferred Stock Dividends

The Regions Financial Corp. (NYSE:RF) Board of Directors today declared the following cash dividends on its common shares, Series C preferred shares, Series E preferred shares and Series F preferred shares:

  • A cash dividend of $0.30 was declared on each share of outstanding common stock of the Company, payable on Oct. 1, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 1, 2026. The dividend of $0.30 represents a $0.035, or 13%, increase over the most recent quarterly common dividend declared in April of this year.
  • In addition, a cash dividend of $14.25 was declared today for each share of Series C Preferred Stock outstanding (equivalent to approximately $0.35625 per depositary share), payable on Aug. 17, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 3, 2026.
  • Also, a cash dividend of $11.125 was declared per share of Series E Preferred Stock (equivalent to approximately $0.278125 per depositary share), payable on Sept. 15, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 1, 2026.
  • And a cash dividend of $17.375 was declared per share of Series F Preferred Stock (equivalent to approximately $0.434375 per depositary share), payable on Sept. 15, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 1, 2026.
