The biopharmaceutical company said Wednesday it secured the five-year loans without covenants or equity-linked instruments from four commercial banks in Europe. The company plans to repay 20 million euros of its outstanding credit facility, maturing in December 2027, by the end of July 2026. It intends to settle the remaining half of the credit facility by July 2028. Medincell expects the transactions to extend its overall debt maturity to July 2031.
