02:45 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vetted Assets (VETT.ST) said Thursday it agreed to acquire a 70% stake in Swedish e-commerce art studio Criss Bellini for a preliminary cash price of 25 million kronor. The investment company plans to fund the acquisition through fundraising and a credit facility. It plans to raise 15 million kronor by offering shares with preferential rights for its existing shareholders at 4.4 kronor per share. The offering is conditional on shareholders' approval at an extraordinary general meeting on Aug. 19, while the acquisition is subject to the closing of the financing and certain customary conditions.
