03:41 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Air Liquide (AI.PA) said Thursday it plans to invest $160 million to develop a production facility for ultra-high-purity gases in the US state of Arizona. The French industrial gases company will build, own, and operate the new plant, which is scheduled to begin operations in 2028. The company noted that the facility will support the fab expansion of an advanced semiconductor node manufacturer.
