03:52 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Konecranes (KCR.HE) secured a contract from Tropical Shipping to supply four mobile harbor cranes to the US, according to a Thursday release. The crane manufacturer said the customer will use its Konecranes Gottwald ESP.6 Mobile Harbor Cranes for its container handling operations in Florida and the US Virgin Islands. Delivery and commissioning are expected in the second quarter of 2027. Additionally, the company noted that the deal also includes its Truconnect remote monitoring technology to support crane operations via technical support or the provision of spare parts.
