05:38 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gabriel Holding (GABR.CO) agreed to sell its European FurnMaster business, comprising Lithuania-based UAB FurnMaster and FurnMaster Sp in Poland, to a Leggett & Platt subsidiary for an enterprise value of 67.3 million Danish kroner. The upholstery fabrics manufacturer said Thursday that the transaction, which is subject to closing requirements, also includes a potential deferred payment of up to 7.5 million kroner. The company noted that its Mexican FurnMaster business is still up for sale.
