05:53 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- MPC Capital (MPCK.F) said Thursday it plans to change its name to MPC Oceanic Group at its annual general meeting on Aug. 28. The German asset and investment manager said the name change reflects its transition from an investment manager to an integrated investment, services and operating group across maritime and energy industries.
