06:48 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AlphaValue/Baader Europe raised its earnings forecasts for VAT Group (VACN.SW) as it adopted a "more optimistic" stance on revenue growth assumptions for the vacuum valves manufacturer. "Following ASML's Q2 26 results which gave a robust end market outlook for wafer fab equipment, we are increasing revenue growth projections for VAT Group, which is a direct beneficiary in advanced nodes," analysts said Wednesday. "We use an EV/Sales multiple with the average sales of the next two years as the reference multiplier. Accordingly, as we see higher sales growth, our NAV based valuation has increased. " The research firm now expects VAT Group's revenue to reach 1.39 billion francs in 2026 and 1.72 billion francs in 2027, higher than its previous estimates of 1.26 billion francs and 1.52 billion francs. The projected EBITDA margins for both years were also upwardly adjusted. As such, the 2026 and 2027 EPS forecasts were increased by 20.2% and 20.5%, respectively, to 11.6 francs and 15.6 francs. The sell-rated Swiss stock has a price target of 632 francs.
