09:52 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dubai Investments PJSC's (DFM:DIC) subsidiary Dubai Investments Industries agreed to acquire an 80% equity interest in healthcare service provider Clemenceau Medical Center FZ-LLC. The United Arab Emirates-based investment company's unit will acquire 55% of the interest from Khansaheb Investment and 25% from Clemenceau Medical Center SAL through a non-cash deal, according to a Thursday release. The acquisition, subject to regulatory approvals, aligns with the company's strategy to improve its healthcare portfolio.
