According to Zhitong Finance App, Pacific Legend (08547) announced that on June 12, 2026, the company received a winding-up petition (petition) against the company from the lawyer representing Ms. Qin Sixin (petitioner) to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region High Court (High Court). The basis was that the company had failed to pay outstanding arrears and accrued interest totaling about HK$9.2 million.

In the petition, the petitioner served a petition to the Company on September 29, 2025 requesting payment of approximately HK$9.13 million and accrued interest. The petitioner further asserted that the High Court should have liquidated the company in accordance with the provisions of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Companies Liquidation Ordinance), Chapter 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong. The Company denies the claims alleged in the petition and will actively defend itself, including (but not limited to) asserting that the relevant debts are those of the Company's subsidiaries and not owed by the Company.

The High Court has set a hearing date for the petition on August 17, 2026.
