11:33 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Instalco (INSTAL.ST) agreed to acquire an additional 27% stake in German installation group Fabri for 35.7 million euros. The deal will bring the Swedish company's total votes and capital in Fabri to 51%, according to a Thursday release. It is funded through the group's existing credit facility. Instalco made its first investment in Fabri in 2024.
