11:53 AM EDT, 07/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Volati (VOLO.ST) entered into an agreement to acquire moisture meter designer and manufacturer Tramex, with closing due on Thursday, according to a same-day release. The industrial group said the deal marks the first add-on for its subsidiary Corroventa, which develops, manufactures, and sells products for dealing with water damage, moisture, odors, and radon.
