12:45 AM EDT, 07/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- MotorK (MTRK.AS) said Thursday it completed its strategic partnership with end-to-end marketing technology group Underdogs Group after transferring digital marketing service operations in Italy and Spain. The automotive retail industry-focused software-as-a-service company's MotorK Italia and MotorK Spain Gestiones Comerciales transferred the operations to Underdogs S.r.l. as part of the transaction. The group also licensed its proprietary digital marketing technology platform, AdSparK, to its partner as part of the deal.
