04:04 AM EDT, 07/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Image Systems (IS.ST) said Friday it intends to raise 21.4 million kronor before transaction costs through a rights issue of up to 35,683,127 new shares priced at 0.60 kronor each. Under the terms of the offering, each existing share will entitle its holder to one subscription right, with five subscription rights entitling the holder to subscribe for two new shares. The last day to receive subscription rights is Aug. 17. Image Systems added that it received subscription commitments totaling 21.4 million kronor, covering 100% of the rights issue. The subscription period will run from Aug. 21 to Sept. 4. The Swedish high-technology company will use the proceeds to fund ongoing and planned product development projects.
