04:26 AM EDT, 07/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saga plc's (SAGA.L) board proposed appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers as the British insurer's independent external auditor for the financial year ending Jan. 31, 2028. The appointment, decided after an audit tender process, will be recommended to shareholders for approval at the company's annual general meeting in 2027, according to a Friday release. Saga's existing independent external auditor, KPMG, will continue until the year ending Jan. 31, 2027.
