05:19 AM EDT, 07/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Temenos (TEMN.SW) completed the acquisition of Swiss fintech company Additiv. The banking software and technology company said Friday that Additiv will operate as a stand-alone entity. The deal was originally announced on June 8.
