08:00 AM EDT, 07/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission approved the creation of a joint venture by Al-Mukhazin Al-Ama For Storage and Public Investment Fund-backed Roshn Group. The regulator said Friday the deal, primarily related to real estate in Saudi Arabia, will not raise competition concerns due to its limited impact on the European Economic Area.
