U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Nasdaq 100 futures falling around 2% on Friday.

Shares of Intuitive Surgical Inc (NASDAQ:ISRG) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported second-quarter financial results.

Intuitive Surgical reported quarterly earnings of $2.80 per share, which beat the Street estimate of $2.50 by 12%, according to Benzinga Pro data. Quarterly revenue came in at $2.89 billion, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $2.82 billion.

Intuitive Surgical shares dipped 11.3% to $357.01 in pre-market trading.

• SharonAI Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:SHAZ) fell 7.9% to $60.40 in pre-market trading after declining 7% on Thursday. The company announced the signing of a cloud computing service agreement with a global AI Lab, valued at $1.32 billion over five years.
• ACM Research Inc (NASDAQ:ACMR) declined 7.8% to $77.50 in pre-market trading after dipping over 8% on Thursday.
• FormFactor Inc (NASDAQ:FORM) shares fell 7.7% to $98.84 in pre-market trading following around 8% drop on Thursday.
• Applied Materials Inc (NASDAQ:AMAT) fell 6.4% to $525.00 in pre-market trading after dropping 3% on Thursday.
• Himax Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:HIMX) dropped 6.4% to $12.08 in pre-market trading after falling 7% on Thursday.
• Vishay Intertechnology Inc (NYSE:VSH) dipped 5.2% to $34.55 in pre-market trading after declining around 10% on Thursday.
