10:42 AM EDT, 07/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swiss cantonal bank Zürcher Kantonalbank selected SIX Group's SMI Equal Weight Index as the benchmark for its new index fund, according to a Friday release. The index tracked by the bank's new Swisscanto (CH) Index Equity Fund SMI Equal Weight assigns the same weight to every SMI constituent, reducing concentration in the largest stocks to create a more balanced representation of the Swiss blue-chip market.
