UCHealth purchased Greewood Plaza, a two-building office pair at 6550 and 6560 Greenwood Plaza Blvd., in Greenwood Village. The Denver Business Journal reports the healthcare company paid $19.3 million for the properties.

UCHealth plans to consolidate its administrative functions at the buildings over the next two years, in an email.

The two buildings total approximately 197,000 square feet. They sit on more than 8 acres at the southeast corner of Greenwood Plaza Boulevard and South Fiddlers Green Circle.

The portfolio includes the three-story One Greenwood Plaza building and the five-story Two Greenwood Plaza building.

The property last sold in 2005, when Franklin Street Properties Corp. purchased the buildings for $44 million.

UCHealth is also developing a medical campus on a 110-acre site in Broomfield that once was set to become the Denver metro area’s second Ikea location.
