01:28 AM EDT, 07/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Telecom Italia's (TIT.MI) board considers Poste Italiane's (PST.MI) public tender and exchange offer to take over the company as "fair from a financial standpoint", according to a July 18 release. The board of the telecommunications group unanimously approved the Italian postal services company's consideration of 1.67 euros and 0.218 issued shares after it reviewed the offer document at a meeting.
