(SASE:4310) agreed to sell two plots of land, spanning 17,625 square meters in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, for 229.1 million Saudi riyals, according to a Sunday release. The transaction with buyers Al Bawaba International Investment and Olu Real Estate will generate a gross profit of 153.3 million riyals. The real estate developer will use net proceeds to boost its liquidity and financial position and reinvest in current strategic projects.
