12:30 AM EDT, 07/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The planned dual listing of AS Watson, which owns UK retailer Superdrug, on the London and Hong Kong bourses is expected to be delayed to 2027, London's Financial Times reported July 17, citing people familiar with the matter. Potential regulatory and other issues in Asia are expected to cause the delay. AS Watson, which is part of the CK Hutchison conglomerate, previously planned to raise $2 billion through an initial public offering in autumn 2026, which would value the business at $30 billion. CK Hutchison did not immediately respond to MT Newswires request for comment. (Market Chatter news is derived from conversations with market professionals globally.
